Provides transportation assistance and other services for stranded travelers, crime victims and families. Provides return transportation for stranded travelers under certain conditions. Persons who wish to use the Homeward Bound Program must have proof of identity and Social Security number. They must also have a contact person at the location to which they are traveling so that Homeward Bound can verify there is a safe place for the person or family to return to. Call to make a referral.
