First Step Student Experience

In First Step, we welcome those who identify as women, regardless of sex assigned at birth, and who are eager to learn and to be part of our community.

Eligible individuals must

• Identify as a woman
• Be 18 years or older
• Live in NYC
• Have U.S. work authorization
• Commit to attending daily, 9:30am-3:30pm, for 14 weeks

Our 2025 classes are held every two months. Please contact us at the beginning of a recruitment cycle to begin our 3-step application process by signing up to attend a virtual information session.
