The Coalition’s First Step graduate Melissalee has overcome so many obstacles to get to the point that she is today. After attending our job training program, she found a job, housing, and a community of women who showed her how to tap into her own strengths and build up the confidence she needed to become the person she always knew she could be.

This video was first shown at the Coalition for the Homeless’ 27th Women Mean Business Luncheon benefiting the First Step Job Training Program, held on April 28, 2023 at The Plaza Hotel.
