We’ve added or updated three new sections:

Advantage NY, which includes a detailed explanation of the new Advantage program and important information households should know before signing a lease.

Illegal Boarding Houses–Know Your Rights, which includes links to new rules the City has put in place regarding referrals to illegal housing.
