The following housing vouchers are no longer supported by the City of New York. Some individuals and families who previously qualified for these vouchers may be eligible for the City’s current voucher programs.
If you previously qualified for or received a voucher for LINC, CITYFEPS, FEPS or SEPS and are having difficulties with your housing or subsidy you may visit a City Homebase provider for assistance. You are also welcome to visit the Coalition’s Crisis Intervention Program for additional information or advocacy if needed.
LINC is no longer run by the City of New York, but many of those who previously qualified for LINC should now qualify for CityFHEPS. You can find additional information about CityFHEPS here.
Please note: those who previously qualified for LINC II do not necessarily qualify for CityFHEPS. However, you may meet other eligibility criteria for CityFHEPS.
