Dressed in an ochre uniform, she flashes her Hollywood-esque smile at the guests of this 188-room hotel. She mops, dusts and vacuums the lobby until it’s spotless, and she says her nose bleeds from the cleaning products she uses. At the end of her shift at 3.30pm, Crawford rushes out and gets on the subway.
