Dozens of homeless high school kids who overcame huge obstacles to become part of the class of 2016 are being honored Friday in a first-of-its-kind graduation ceremony on the USS Intrepid. All of the 45 kids at the ceremony are continuing their education in college at schools like Syracuse University, New York University, Fordham, Pratt Institute, Hunter College, and many others.
