Community-based organization that provides casework services, issues short-term financial assistance, and helps individuals and families locate existing community-based resources such as job training, child care, and anti-eviction legal services. The entrance to this office is on Utica Avenue, above the Banco Popular, between Lincoln Road and Eastern Parkway.
